Pay is good, and consistent. I've never worried if my check would be deposited at the end of the month so from that perspective, no complains.
I've heard competitors pay better but they are not in my region and trying to get a job would require me to relocate, which I would hate to do.
So, overall I can't complain about my base pay.

Base pay is not that bad. Bonuses and RSU are a joke
