I have a friend that WAS at UKG. We talk frequently about the management problems, lack of regard for employees and the general destruction of this failing company. They fail to hold the correct people accountable for the poor performance of their teams. Everyone is afraid to take ownership of their own business (problems). sorry to say I’ve seen this coming for about two years.
