Thread regarding UKG / Ultimate Kronos Group / Ultimate Software Group Inc. layoffs

Experienced, Tenured Leadership is gone

When you hire an ex Stanford Water Polo pool boy from a consulting company with a shady reputation, and no direct "skin-in-the-game" product development experience, what could go wrong? Everything.

Lack of product development leadership, very few tenured product management team members and UKG Leadership's disdain for post-implementation Customer Care is causing customers to choose other HCM Partners.

UKG is a prime example of how Private Equity firms are destroying careers and livelihoods.

Hopeful for a turnaround? Don't be.

UKG Leadership is ill-equipped to innovate on product and improve on strategy. H&F lacks the skill to guide them other than dismantling and selling off the parts of what used to be two great companies.

May the Force be with those who remain...for the time being.

The pool boy's only skill seems to be laying off or replacing employees in India to boost revenue. Layoffs are now common across many organizations, not just at UKG. I hope they reconsider their strategy. Constant layoffs and stagnant salaries will drive employees away and erode company culture.
