Someone that works in Richmond, Va in Small Business service said they were told last week the call center should stay open until the end of 2026?! Does that apply to Consumer customer service there too? Thank you. P.s. someone else in Small Business service said he is already training people in the Philippines for their job. That would tend to make me think we'll be gone long before the end of 2026?

It's up to line of business when they exit non-hub markets. The site closure date is likely not the date you will be displaced, it will be earlier.
Do you mean Innslake? All depends on if and when they get a buyer. It's really up in the air but right now real estate is not pushing for the close.
