So….boss man calls us all together in the warehouse today and tells us that we aren’t getting cost of living raises this year. Said it’s corporate wide. A lot of us were due for raises earlier this year and when he tried to get us an increase, his boss told him that we had to wait until July when the raises were given. Even though she got her raise and promotion. They’re also making us work all 4th of July weekend even though we’re not that busy. How come we don’t have any money to give our people a cost of living raise but we can pay overtime all day long?? Momma, was right, I should have went to college.

I heard they were being delayed until after Q2 earnings call.
We've been told the process is delayed until August
