Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

Why is Cigna’s stock price continuing to fall?

It looks like Noelle Eder sold a bunch back in May, but still has over $5M in remaining shares.

I thought the buybacks would help out, but I’m no longer counting on that.

Cigna is going through pricey litigation. Most recently, against its Medicare business. Now, against its PBM (Express Scripts). It's time for to pay up for their shortcomings. And with all the layoffs, good people quitting, and increased reliance on overseas emplyees/AI it's only a matter of time before more laws are broken due to lack of staff, lost knowledge, data breaches, etc.

In general, do not put shares of a company you work for in your 401k. We already get a salary, bonus, LTEs and options from Cigna. Diversity your portfolio by not putting them in your 401k too!!!

I will probably remove cigna shares from my 401K. We have other options that are performing much better.

Idk, but I sold my few shares in Cigna earlier this year because I am so disgusted with FOW/RTO, layoffs and outsourcing.

By the logic of this community, blame it on offshore.
