In the US walkouts just makes it easy for them, because they can just fire you.
It is much harder for them if you force them to fire you unprovoked.
In any case, all hiring is in India.
That is the goal.

Sure, but the upper management don't really care. They'll just outsource your jobs (everyone who planned to "walk out" to India. The American / North American governments should take action on this so that their citizens dont live like third world country citizens.
