Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Why did Nidal leave?

After nearly 23 years in the company, ups and downs, why did he leave at this particular time?

Nidal probably went to the board to get Alan fired yesterday, for revenge.

I think he was the only one who was growing the business and got some work for the leftover people. He got a lot of hate i got it, but isn’t everyone a crook? So even if he was he grew the business and no matter how much you hate him he was the only one who was keeping people employed as lomg as possible. Who is going to get work now???

It’s cause ML cannot stand people who say No, it’s cause Avayans love him, it’s cause customers and partners love working with him. It’s cause he’s focused on sales and making customers successful while she’s focused on politics.

Who would want to stay and work for the Liar Alan Masarek? The most important Pillar for a destination place to work is trust, that doesn't exist here anymore, so why stay?
