Tech’s operating model is clear. Mess things up, TK blames others , out you go. Then there is the model of dancing while people’s livelihoods are off shored .
TK should be called out in public for the lives she is negatively impacting because she can’t manage .
Waitng two years at least forcommon sense. Its fun to sit back and watch these A$$clowns. They cant even understand why their talk is cheap, hence the new title a$$clown. Too many disablity hires, can't read or write.
It is clear that this management team has no clue how to finish anything. Lots of seemingly good and obvious ideas but they just can’t implement anything and that is what concerns the regulators. Is RCSA actually identifying major issues or is just paperwork? Are employees empowered to raise their he or more likely to raise their hand? Does management seem more supportive or forgiving? NO, NO, and NO. It is still a good white boys fraternity!
It'll never start until they're done with the layoffs. If they would just rip off that bandaid, we could all move forward.
