Company Walkout on Monday at 11 AM MT

Attention Team,

Tell everyone this Monday at 11 AM Mountain Time, we are staging a walkout. This decisive action comes after years of frustration and neglect. Despite our hard work and dedication, we have not seen a pay raise to survive this economy. Meanwhile, the CEO continues to make millions, highlighting a stark and unfair disparity in our company's treatment of its employees.

Our concerns go beyond financial compensation. We constantly live in fear of layoffs, an anxiety that undermines our morale and productivity. Furthermore, the requirement to be in the office merely to be micromanaged adds unnecessary stress and diminishes our sense of autonomy and respect.

We are the backbone of this company. Our contributions are invaluable, and it is time for our voices to be heard. We have the power to demand the respect, security, and fair treatment we deserve.

Join us in the walkout/shutdown on Monday at 11 AM MT. Together, we can drive the change we need.

United we stand,

OT Workers

Not sure that staging a walkout right when layoffs are imminent is the right way to go…

Good initiative guys, you are right. When everyone is bleeding and losing jobs after having worked for many years with just the base salary.. no stocks, no raise, no bonus... this is still the reward we get at the end - The Layoff.

Time for someone to be sent home.
