I work in the office in NY and make $500.00 dollars a week after taxes with an MBA. Maybe you get paid, but I sure don't for Full Time work. Company leaves people in poverty. Seriously, I'm starving working here. It keeps getting worse. Never better. I work hard and the reward is nothing. Shameful.

Its hard to pay a premium to an employee in an office that's on the verge of being closed and the only newsworthy products that have been produced in the past 10 years are due to infant deaths. EA/FP is nothing but a shell of it's former self.
If you're working in EA, you can expect to be unemployed soon, so stop your bellyaching, save your money, and look to leave as that's probably the last job Mattel will have in the NY area.

We should post this once a week because honestly it's criminal what we are paid. We are highly educated professionals with experience and the company is literally starving us. I'm tired of also being totally ignored by well paid staff.Well paid staff needs to give a damn.
