lol we are Riffing so much who will do the work to generate revenue? When I go to delivery teams they are crying they can’t realistically take on more work on already loaded resources to meet company targets
Oh then we look at third parties and lose bids since the overhead costs makes us uncompetitive.
That is a result of selling stuff that is not internally mature or staffed for.
I don’t think Lumen management can be possibly be this incompetent it looks like it’s being blatantly done to reduce company price for takeover or speeding up golden parachute
We are few weeks away from the fake KJ sad face and we are turning ship for last 2 years comment lol. This leadership flat out lies and has other plans and layoffs in mind they just don’t say it transparently
I saw a couple as well. I think we'll see a not so quiet RIF week before earnings call based on what we saw with past RIFs.
Well DTL, and DEI are totally SNAFU. The SLT and the BOD are all HUMA or AWOL, therefore the RIF's will continue ASAP and remining customers and employees are SOL!.
Whatever happened to Kate's slogans, North Star and Win Like He-l? And where did DTL go? If you dont use something and reinforce it, it will just fade away.
Kate was hired by the board as a novice C level exec who was "technology focused", and the boat is sinking further each day from her mistakes and bad SLT hires, while she tries to figure out how to actually be a C level exec at the expense of all of us.
the lack of fixing anything, allowing the crazy existing practices and plans to continue ... letting go of the best people, while keeping the others ... it all adds up to the intentional destruction of the company

Tractor Supply Company went full stoopid woke with DEI craaaapola, lost almost all their customers, then did a full 180 by ditching woke DEI. Maybe some day the Lumen BOD will do the same.

Gosh I hope thats not true. Kate and Stansbury told the market that Q1 would be the worst Q of the year. Hopefully Q2 isnt as bad as we think.
2nd qtr still has a few weeks but it will be bad from the rumblings I heard. Only a few areas had some positive news but it’s going to prob cause job losses
Third qtr pipeline also at the moment is weak
I think Lumen has much bigger plan than 4% RIF.
Been doing them in mass since 2018, nothing new, riffed myself early 2023
