People are not going to leave unless they have someplace to jump to. The job market is tough , don’t believe the job reports, those are mostly in low paying positions and industries. So all you folks telling folks to jump ship etc. Be realistic and know that as long as people have a job, they will complain and talk big about getting out of here, but they will find it hard to land someplace that pays them the same.

You won’t believe how many others are going to leave in the next few months as a vote of no confidence against A and G. A dozen is the low number.
New leaders and reorg, layoff, etc… why would anyone want to work here? And the RTO lies.
