People are not going to leave unless they have someplace to jump to. The job market is tough , don’t believe the job reports, those are mostly in low paying positions and industries. So all you folks telling folks to jump ship etc. Be realistic and know that as long as people have a job, they will complain and talk big about getting out of here, but they will find it hard to land someplace that pays them the same.
