One cannot help but speculate on the future course of our company under the guidance of Abby the Witch of the East and her male as-----n, Roger the Grim. Their relentless focus on profit margins and their propensity to outsource everything to “China” has left many of us feeling undervalued and unheard. It is a sad day indeed when the lifeblood of the organization. Fear not, selling crypto to kiddies is our way out. Ignore the lawsuits and all the other nepotism and understand full well, the SVPs and EVPs are working night and day at Martha’s Vineyard on your behalf and as long as you show up in the office each and everyday, you too can have a future at Fidelity.

LOVE THIS POST SO MUCH!!

I have engaged a transactional lawyer to inquire about the "Voluntary Separation" and RTO Requirement that Fidelity is forcing on it's employees. I will report back if she finds a hole in the policy. If not, everyone needs to ban together and commit to leaving in September to force their hand. They are nothing without us.

Seems the only one controlling this is an out-of-touch trillionaire who just wants to add more to her bottom line. It doesn’t even make sense at this point. Forcing all but medically exempt remote workers back to the office or choose “voluntary separation” with no severance - regardless of performance or years of service is just cold-hearted. How far will this late-stage capitalism go before we enter another revolution? How much more are we willing to take?
