WellCare has failed substantially to carry out the terms of its contract and CMS has made the determination to impose intermediate sanctions and to terminate contract H7175 at the end of 2024.

Wellcare is leaving 5 states. I wonder if it will be all soon.
I have worked in quality for over twenty years with several different plans. WellCare has never been known as a high-quality plan.

As a olllllllld time Wellcare person I just got a big LOL, I remember the FBI raid! It was a crazy day on campus!
