Does DXC have an Employee Handbook?

When I worked at EDS and HP, managers explained you needed to leave the company and get hired back to receive a raise. Five years without a pay raise, knowing HP's contract rates increased every contract year. I asked for an employee handbook and no one could provide one. By law, employers are supposed to provide the employee handbook at request. My next employer had a great SharePoint handbook. If you don't take care of your employees, you deserve to fail.

Plus the handbook or any company doesn’t have to give you a cost of living or a merit pay increase. Are you that naive not to understand how things work in the real world and especially DXC? You deserve to be at DXC as I learned that in the 1st 6 months in IT

Of course DXC has a handbook and you can ask Uptime or the HR app for the URL
