Anyone getting the run around regarding job architecture and no longer qualifiying for a bonus?

Yep they get us to realign title (no increase pay, and you lost seniority of the role your in) so if you hate it you have to wait 6 months to transfer out. They chop us at the knees every year at Xmas so we are all on pins and needles. Granted they also brag about making $114 billion.
Non-managers no longer get bonuses, unfortunately.
If you qualify for a pay adjustment you'll receive an email the 2nd week of July, 7/11 I think.
Search for Centene jobs using LTSS. For the most part if your position requires a degree you'll likely be C5 $25.97 - $46.68. C5 has 4 diff levels, roughly $10k separates each level. Teams Leads and higher are a different pay grade, C7.
Where does one actually find the pay scale for the different jobs?
I'm in LTSS as well and received a job title change but no salary or other increase :-/ Asked my People Leader if we might see raises but they had no clue

I’ve worked in this company for multiple years and never heard of a bonus or seen a bonus.
So if we haven’t been contacted, it doesn’t apply to us?
FLSA applies to everyone. The title change goes up to Senior Director level.

Exempt/M to nonexempt no changes other than title.
If you've been nonexempt/L you should receive a pay increase and bonus next year. Don't let them get away with this "job alignment" and not increase your pay.
Pay grade L and M are posted under the new pay grade C with new titles. Search LTSS centene jobs.
We got title changes today with no change in salary and no bonus
Make sure to check that if you are no longer eligible that they offer some sort of raise. They previously gave a couple raises to make up for no longer getting the bonus.
