Optum virtual care closing. I'm a patient who has had many appts yet have not been notified that I need to find a new PCP. 2 other providers left and I wasn't notified of that also. Aren't they legally supposed to notify us?
The leaders who made poor choices and
ruined it are still there and some got promoted. Those boys in leadership sure do look out for each other. Disgusting.
