Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Dear ELT

Can we at least get a reliable laptop which does not have issues?

IT here. We would be happy to deploy to you a reliable laptop as soon as Intel creates reliable hardware, drivers and software that runs efficiently and stops trying to create unnecessary "optimizer" bloatware and telemetry applications that serve no one. Until then, enjoy the dog fooding experience and reflect on what changes you can drive internally. MS is the least of the problems in the stack.

Do what I do, just use your phone for email, don't need a laptop. All I do is reply to emails and redirect any real work to someone else.

Just leave if you just want a reliable laptop. Everything is broken here from top to bottom. Deal with it or get out

If you use Intel laptop then just turn off and turn on every hour. It is designed that way to save batteries and power.

How about fixing Intels cr-ppy network adaptors. Seems to be the problem with every laptop on the market.

Windows has gone downhill over the last year or so, the spyware Intel installs doesn't help.

It is Microsoft issues, not Intel.

Oh you want a reliable laptop. Suggestion: MacBook Air M1, M2, M3, M4. Why? Because they don't have Intel or Microsoft inside.
