Mattel has made shareholder value disappear. With slight of hand, Mattel has transformed once iconic brands into NOTHING of the likes of MEGA, American Girl and Fisher-Price. When will shareholders revolt getting rid of Ynon and the VP's across all brands who do nothing except play politics accomplishing NOTHING for years. Stock is below 17 now.

Well, well well….. Private Equity Firm L Catterton makes on offer……. Dear shareholders, take the money and run, the id--ts running Mattel have not succeeded in generating you any wealth . How about that “ growth mode” plan. How did that work out from existing management group?
Any investors, institutions or individuals would make better ROI by dropping money in a standard savings account vs investing in Mattel. How poor will Q2 results be?

Legit question: why are people blaming Ynon all the time? We all know that he's just doing what the board is asking!
Ynon 'selling us' is speculation for now. That's a big move and would require approval from the Board. But, if the Board agrees, then yeah, anything is possible.

AND FOR HIS NEXT TRICK, Mattel will disappear entirely. He'll sell off assets one by one until its ALL GONE. POOF. Its happening now, you just don't see it like parking lots and buildings going up for sale. He's staffing up for M&A, but, in reality its getting ready for Mattel itself to be sold.
Stock price$15.98 a share. So who has any stock options worth anything? Option have not been any kind of a employee benefit in more than a decade.
Doing nothing is key to success. You can get demoted twice and they'll give you a key principal title and move you to another group, so you can hide for a few months. Then, when that fails, you go back to your old group and still do nothing. You'll be regarded as a Legend. It's great, director level salary with zero responsibilities and accountability, and you get to be the face of the brand, while others do all the work. You just need to occasionally take credit for other's work. If things go bad, just throw someone else under the bus again. HR and upper management won't see your transgressions, you're gonna be safe, you'll get another promotion soon enough. Success!
It’s so sad that overpaid, incompetent people with enhanced resumes can ki-l respectable companies. Time for ynot to go to the gap.
