It's widely believed that a 1973 Ford Pinto can easily be bolted on top of a 1,000,000 pound-thrust producing Delta twin rocket. The 1973 Pinto atop the rocket can be easily launched from Cape Canaveral Florida on a rescue mission to the International Space station to pick up the two astronauts and return them to earth. After reentering the Earth's atmosphere, the general idea is having a parachute deploy from the 1973 Pinto's trunk to slow the Pinto's decent rate before splashing down with the two recused Boeing astronauts in Lake Erie.
