Fully Remote Not Near a Hub

Anyone hear anything new about those of us in this situation?

To avoid lawsuits they would likely offer a relocation option or a severance package if you were hired remote and not near a hub. Been through this before at another company. Suggestion: take the severance and run. Moving for a company to work a desk job is just not reasonable anymore. They could lay you off within months of moving. It’s not worth it and it’s asking way too much of employees. There is zero allegiance from US Bank to their employees, no matter what kool aid they dump on you in emails and all employee calls.

The North Korean army will have you added to the next few rounds of massive cuts if you don’t align with their hub policy.

I'm in the same situation. They want us to quit or will eventually fire us. I was hired remote and the nearest office is many hours away from me. Recruiters told me I would need to move to a hub to apply for positions while management give ambiguous answers. They could offer us a severance pay but the bank is too cheap for that. I regret going to work in banking, this bank is run by sociopaths.
