why does belk understaff to the point of rails and rails of go backs.
fitting rooms cant be cleaned out properly because they have one person at the cash register and one person in cosmetics. they will have a flex come in with a 3 to close shift, but that only leaves two people at the register for one hour because at 3 the morning person has to go on break. not only is it like this in almost every store in Alabama, but customers are walking out because they cant get help. and one manager on duty cant do it all.

Or you make the merchandising team work an hour and a half every day running ladues go backs. Its absolutely absurd!
it's called being close to bankruptcy.
