When it became obvious that RTO would become a thing, I started looking for a new job. All put together, it would’ve been too long a commute, too expensive, and too much time lost. That pushed me to look around, and after some time I found a job that I actually enjoy more, is better paid, has better benefits, and virtually no commute (going to office, but is very close to home). It's a smaller company, but I’m happier. I’m glad this whole RTO policy motivated me to make a change.
