having only one fitting room and only one or two registers open is the typical day at most Belk stores, especialy 'neighborhoood, smaller belk locations, not flagship stores in larger malls'. the only difference is it's not 2020 or 2021 anymore and they can't use the covid excuse for what the store has a skeleton staff and one fitting room open. it's just bad business from a greedy, shady private equity firm. nothing more, nothing less. anyone else agree?

It’s worse than Covid. At least we had hours to use when we got back from Covid. Now they’re grasping for straws. If they want to save money cut some of those triple digit gurus!
Even in the larger malls staffing is a major issue. Fitting rooms are open but they use support staff daily to put out the ladies go backs. The company gives you a 2% raise and makes you do the job of three people.
Managers still referencing covid is crazy. We're going downhill faster than up.
