Anyone know who has access to the plan for HC10 staffing? I’d like to know projected headcount by country for the next 20 years. Who in the company would have access to this data?

May not be a plan. Since coming over all I see is people with doags not held accountable. People bias and pds bias. I’m sure Darren has had ideas and executed said actions but I’m not seeing any great innovation here. Maybe the carbon capture and lithium to keep the regime off his back for windfall taxes. This place isn’t for people who just want to work, learn and help teammates.

I keep hoping it will be shared. If they want to drive attrition why not show the plan? I guess they want to pick who leaveS.
