ED Martinez promised me an Employee Relations position once she got rid of people who weren’t working. She said they would hire entry level ER people. I listened and believed her lies. I realize she’s untouchable. It’s unfortunate.

What’s stopping you from owing your career and finding a new leader to work for? Are you addicted to being a perpetual victim? Wake up and take accountability for your own life. Get in line sweetie! She fed us ALL lies and we ate them up like gospel. She has high turnover for a reason. Becky has done a phenomenal job of salvaging her career at the detriment of others. Just look at how she demoted her sick “friend” from director to regular ER advisor. That woman could teach a masterclass on how to PRETEND to care about people.
Bummer, time to find a new job with a different company.
