Many posts on this site have expressed this sad but true reality. New administration in place old one is gone and so is our voice which as many know used to really matter. Usaa aka titanic is real and in motion. Perplexes the heart and emotions. It's real and we are not crazy. Remember that!

Morale has sank tremendously over the past few years. It's the culture shift brought on by the CEO and board. They have forgotten, or perhaps never understood, what made USAA stand out. They'd rather blend in.
Scream employees and bring down the morale so everyone quits on their own.
Its all about how fast EMG and Senior leadership can fill their pockets
Amazing how the board gives zero fu--s about the state of USAA.
I started 2 months ago and left a great company because I had so many people tell me how great USAA is. I received a relocation package and thought this would be a wonderful opportunity. I shared my experience with ER and the ER lady seemed more stressed than me. She told me they are short staffed and she had over 70 cases for the month of March. I felt like I was consoling her more than she was consoling me. I realize I won’t me reaching out to that department again. I am planning to give it another month and will probably resign.
I was voluntold to transfer to a new role and said this was a sinking ship the first week. New tyrannical director did not like that and I have been a target ever since. Gaslighting, manipulation, humiliation, micromanaging, absent when I do have a question, unrealistic deadlines, uneven work loads, delays approval processes so it looks like I’m not meeting deadlines and then I have to work OT and weekends bc of her chaos. Some people shouldn’t manage. No one likes her.
