The front line has largely been commiting fraud to hit their numbers. SLT knows it but doesn't care because they no longer have to care about customers when the wireless industry is a monopoly. However, when the sh** hits the fan, the SLT team will feign shock and anger. But they know exactly why they are doing. Just ask Wells Fargo.

There’s no retail layoffs on the horizon. And our IT su-ks. Everyone knows it. The only reason we have record results is because of the frontline.
