Agreed -- this is what happens when leadership doesn't invest AND when leadership goes on a campaign of eliminating workers seemingly at random --with a vicious, secretive approach that leaves the remaining people fearful and on the lookout for new employment. Destroying employee morale is bad for business!
Military OneSource lost to the contracting company they used.
I hear the commercial side of the house is expecting strong headwinds. Size does not matter anymore. Smaller more tech savvy competitors are eating our lunch. That's what you get when you do not invest in your business.
We also lost 1000's of Medicaid members
We lost Calpers 1.7 million and NYSHP over a million members
