Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Customer Experience Layoffs

I saw a bunch of new posts on LinkedIn that Ford had let go of a bunch of people in the Customer Experience area. Anyone know any more about this?

Agree, the central bank system is what affords the control/corruption apparatus and is what enslaves the rest of us in perpetual debt. The centralization of the currency is the monster.

In the meantime, they keep the average person ignorant by design and fighting amongst themselves -the mindless red vs blue, capitalism vs socialism, etc.

There is an awakening happening, but the Leftists are mostly still asleep. That group is the most susceptible to the heavy propaganda machine.

Eventually, even they will awaken to clearly identify the enemy. Just hope it isn’t too late by then.

This poster gets it. Corruption and control aka power. Its what drives our country and our politics and the majority of people still think its about my team or yours. Same coin, different sides.

  • any one of us will be called a socialist if we dare disagree with capitalism.

Capitalism is not to blame, its unadulterated greed and corruption. And don't try to say its all the same thing because it's not.

Blaming capitalism or socialism or political parties is not hitting the bull’s-eye
Take your awareness to the next level and understand that the real monster is the Private Western Central Banking system and the centralization of the creation of currency. From that stems all corruption and control.

It is the reason why your way of life is under threat.

It has been said below and is correct. Once offshoring labor became 'acceptable' - and you can blame both major political parties - offshoring has only continued to increase. And those savings didn't go into R&D or mfg improvements, it went to the shareholders and executives. They call that the American Dream. And any one of us will be called a socialist if we dare disagree with capitalism.

This is Capitalism. They don't owe us a job. They are sending those jobs oversees where people will do the same workload as us but for a fraction of the cost. And in the countries they live in, they'll feel great about that salary.

Quarantine showed that remote work could actually work. Now it's off to the races for the office / white collar jobs.

I don't think it will change. As much as both political parties will shout about creating American jobs, they won't stop this from happening because who do you think supports their campaigns. And yes - BOTH parties are ok with this arrangement.

No different than jobs making shoes in shoe factories that got farmed out.

lol, buy american, but ford. Its going to get to the point all that's left of white collar people in the USA is upper management and a handful of program management people. 90% of the rest of the employees will be over seas. Who they going to blame sagging vehicle sales on and poor quality and rising warranty costs when there are no more white collar people to fire in the USA? The CEO is going to then have no one else to put the blame on to try and save his job. I know I'm done buying Ford products. Stellantis is doing the same as ford now. firing as many white collar people in the USA as possible to use there own workers from overseas.

Ah yes. The new Ford approach. A bunch of small, under the radar layoffs.

Jerks.

I also had a friend in that space that was told he has until Sept 1 to find a new job or he's laid off.

I have one friend that is betting laid off from Experience Design within Integrated Services, not sure if it's the same thing you're talking about.

Ford Customer Experience employees as well as Ford Quality Inspectors are no longer needed at Ford. With Ford's Board of Director's approval, Ford Leadership announced, starting on September 1st, 2024, Ford will only sell new Ford vehicles rolling off Ford production lines As-Is with absolutely no implied warranties. So, Customer Experience is now like Ford Human Resources or Ford Ethics Departments that are no longer needed at Ford Motor Company.
