How else would you characterize a culture where fear and punishment are legitimate management tools and bullying by management is never punished in any way? I think that's the definition of an abusive environment. No wonder so many of us are looking to leave.

The mortgage department is abusive
There is no fear in our workforce and that is clear by how vocal we can be in The Voice. Quit with the nonsense of fear and bullying.
