This leadership team is incompetent. They make bad decesions and the employees pay the price. Then they run away and find another place to destroy. I wonder if they ever have a moment of clarity where they realize that they are incompetent. Look at the new hire, Rat boy, what's up with that!!!!!! OMG that's downright embarrassing. How can our CEO show her face after that hire.

I think RATnakar may have strong headwinds in his future at this place. I'll give him 118 months before he is RIF'ed.
Well said. I've wondered many times why Gail hired RATnakar. His track record wasn't great before and it isn't looking good here either. Many leaders that reported up to him have already left.
