Has there been any word on whether the area model will be sticking around or any changes going to be made? As it stands its the worst thing that we are doing as a company.

If anyone had any sense, they’d dispose of those slugs on the CRT and RTP teams, along with senior managers and directors who do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The field does all the work and the only thanks they receive are in the form of more work! Additionally, those Regional teams should be eliminated as they are doing nothing but creating unnecessary work trying to justify their worth. I could call out some specific names, but I already did that on the past few surveys. Nothing changed at work using that platform and nothing will change at work using this platform. The only satisfaction I get is knowing how much I pi-s of those tyrannical “leaders” who think they know everything, yet know nothing
No job was ever posted as a crt or fst.
Doubt ulf or corporate hr even know what they are. Those were just pretentious titles made by "leaders" that negatively impacted people and teams on the front and back ends.
CRT position is being eliminated and the employees are going back to field and switch. Thank you Jennifer, this is a awesome move. Some of these senior directors need to go, they led the horse does the path for the horrible area model. You see the south didn't do it and it was awesome for them. The survey showed it was bad for everyone but no one wants to talk about that. Open the new VP positions up to external people!!!! We need new leaders.
