Are we ever going to catch a break? I’m so tired of this company, layoffs, and frankly morbid atmosphere that is all-pervasive and constant. This is a horrible workplace.

Who needs to figure out ways to make actual sustainable earnings for shareholders when you can just make things look good with constant RIFs. It's not like you could ever have a problem by working people to death and wondering how much longer they have a job. I have quite a bit tied up in tuition assistance that would need to be repaid if I decided to leave. So I'm plugging along and keeping that up. If I fall under the RIF axe, that's $5k that they will have lost on me.
You know things are bad when the VPs and Directors are trashing this place in team meetings. I've never seen this degree of hate for a company by people leaders. My first day on the job, my boss and team spent an hour trashing this company. That was the moment this place just became a paycheck for me.
At least one leader in the organization has hinted at future layoffs at least in that group over the next year and a half.
4 directors were let go in CSBD today. Probably more news will come out tomorrow.
It hasn’t gotten any less stressful for anyone!
I truly believe leadership is trying to push people to quit.
They are likely over for this quarter. There are always small one-off RIFs happening but I think that was it for the large RIFs until October. I don’t have any insider info but typically October brings another round.
