Call your state elected officials office. Let them know what has been going on.

In Indiana the politicians have done everything they can to make the state corporation-friendly and workers have very little rights.
It’s at-will employment and right-to-work (for less). It’s a joke.
Considering how heavily personally invested our elected officials are in healthcare, and the 14 million dollars our superpac has lobbied them with (over twice as much as the next closest healthcare company) just so far this year, they'd probably celebrate.
