Expecting that by the end 1Q 2025 all of them will be fired allowing headcount space for DF Model e growing needs in Laguna Beach California.
Chucky was going to retire last December but he agreed to stay longer to manage logistics of succession and headcount reduction before leaving. He will take the blame for all firings instead of his replacement.

I heard from a very reliable source that Ford’s BoD will meet on 8/20/24. They will all have to review and approve and sign off on all business matters/agenda items including white collar separations. So it seems that firings could occur anytime after that key meeting date 8/20/24.
