I've been trying to leave for a few months and I got a few offers, but they were all what I consider to be a joke. They are currently lowballing people to the max. I hope others are having more luck than I am - and if so, do you mind saying where you applied?

More than s#cks. I browsed around thelayoff.com recent posts for all companies. Intel, Stelantis, Paramount, Teradata, and others are all getting decimated. What’s holding this country together? The more you look, the scarier it gets.

Market def su-ks so much right now. Been applying left and right to get the ball rolling in case I was hit on 8/8 and out of 300 apps I got 2 interviews both at or slightly lower than I’m making now and 1 was a no other so far has been a ghost.
Plenty of doctors will be glad to run up a bill, Vision a little blurry, Glaucoma. Oh not enough $ … Cataracts. Companies have been sitting on all that Covid premium interest, hit the doc and get healthy.
And the worst part , if we do find employment many employers use Anthem as their insurer.
