And more importantly, why do we keep complying and allowing them to add more work to our plates for no extra compensation? I do this as well so I know I'm part of the problem. I'm just getting so, so tired of it. TIAA leadership is taking advantage of us and we're letting them do it.

No one is saying do more with less. They are saying do less. ID things and people that can be reduced. Keep doing the same amount of work. Just with less other workers around.

The only trolls are the recent influx of people visiting this website that keep making new posts to bury information. This place isn’t your personal dairy to vent. Either share something meaningful or keep scrolling. No reason to keep creating 100s of new posts when a comment under an existing post is suffice.
