What is the base pay for senior systems analyst? I recently accepted a offer to join with less than 125$k per year. Insurance also not good and less PTO. Should I ask more?

Everything is up for negotiation. There is also wiggle room in your salary range. If the recruiter does not move enough on salary ask for a signing bonus.

It should be around 120-130k only.
