At least Roger had the good sense to keep his $18 million comp low key. What does it say about the board’s judgement that they would view TIAA as a good place for someone to get their first experience as an $18 million per year CEO? Absolutely flabbergasting. They hired someone more interested in becoming a mini celebrity than leading a troubled company to success and stability. Oh well, it’s only the life savings of a bunch of professors and educators, right? No biggee.

I too noticed that the pics and videos of T’s lavish birthday party were mysteriously deleted from IG yesterday. Thankfully, numerous associates captured screen recordings prior to the deletion. Practically everyone on our floor has seen the embarrassing spectacle. If I were T, I would not show my face again in a town hall. Associates desperately want to take this company back and restore the good name of TIAA. It’s past time for the Board to act!
@zll+1tV0SFyY Oh ObiWan... young padawan…you should know that things are added and removed from the home page tiles multiple times a week in favor of something newer and to make it harder for people to find. Happened couple weeks ago with the Frisco relocation guide and last week with the NBC article. Soon the bye bye Interns tile will be removed.

Interesting about clarification as I didn’t get anything yet. So we’ll see.
There’s also a “clarification” meeting next week for Denver and Broomfield.
