I have been reassigned to a new manager 5x in a year. An initial 1:1 was put on my calendar last week with my new manager who I had never spoken to before. When I join the call, HR is on the call. I was told my role was being eliminated in the Medicare space. My mindset is onward to something better! Almost made it a decade!

They RIF’d most of the field sales reps in medicare, I heard 75+
Terrible news. I'm so sorry.
My manager couldn’t even tell me I got RIFd because they were RIFd too.
I was RIF'd today too. I was on PTO and my excuse for a manager emailed me at my home email!! Once on the call, he was as heartless and unsympathetic as he could be. Just the way they want it! I am devastated right now but I trust in God that this will open something better for me.
