Just got a meeting invite for tomorrow (I’m on PTO) it says “Medicare Sales Team Update” it’s from Rhonda Clark & it says please try and attend if possible. immediately after that I got denied for two of the last 3 jobs I applied for here. I’m so nervous…

Having others on the call is not an indication that you are safe and they’re just updating you. I personally know multiple people today that had multiple people on a call that was titled “check in” or “update” or “Touchbase” and they were all told their team was being eliminated.
I am still hopeful that some of the impacted people in my org will be able to find an internal position, but I also know that I cut 5 open positions before this so I can't say how many positions which are posted will still be there.
Some of the posted jobs may not actually be filled. They may be put on hold until HR can determine if they have gotten rid of enough current workers to start hiring in the new lower paid backfilla.
This is most likely a team update to let you all know who was let go, are there other team members on the invite?
You may have been denied the jobs because you're "safe" and they don't want to let anyone go from your team due to anticipation of being short staffed.
Is this a call or on prem meeting? Have a coworker call and update you right after the meeting!
Are there other people on the invite? If there are others they are probably just notifying you of team members RIF'd.
