Started looking for another job a while before being laid off, because of no certainty whatsoever these days. But it looks really bad out there. Couple of months on the market, and I still no offers worth considering. Well, now that I’m effectively jobless, any offer may suddenly become attractive.

I have been looking for another position since they cut the pay for performance and bonus's back in early 2023, then stopped promotions, hiring freezes and no raises. The job market is a hot mess - ghost listings (which I believe are just there to deflect from the fact that many of the admin support roles are being offshored & contracted out eliminating FTE) , companies relying on AI to read CV's instead of actually reading them themselves (leading to people that are actually a good fit being auto rejected), no to mention the thousands upon thousands of people that were laid off in the industry competing for the same roles. It is going to get so much worse than people think. Karma is a bi--h and what goes around comes around just a matter of time.

No they offer LHH which is a bunch of BS they just give you homework of linkedin learnings and are no actual help. https://www.lhh.com/us/en/ or at least that is what we had in Dec '23
