Working here is nothing more than a stop gap and a paycheck.. Aetna has no plan, no sense of direction and no interest in making improvements.. it is what it is.. sigh sad that I still care about making a positive impact when leadership seems to have checked out..

Mike Taday is probably next on the list. Lacking skills in leadership and personality.
Executive leadership has checked out. The front line leadership hasn’t. There are so many layers. Those above have no idea what the front line workers really do or what they suggest for improving the situation. If they would have just listened to those that are front line workers there would have been such a smooth and easy solution.
