I'm leaving soon and have about 103 hours accrued. I don't want to lose it.

Is that accrued PTO or ELIGIBLE PTO?
Big difference.
You must use it before you leave. They do not pay out anymore. If I were you I would not even let them know you’re leaving until after you’ve taken your PTO.
Use all the PTO and then quit.
