Has anyone ever heard of Cigna HR or recruiters perusing job sites and taking disciplinary action/termination if they find the resume of a current employee?

News flash… Cigna doesn’t give AF if you’re interviewing elsewhere. Everyone is replaceable.
If an employer sparks this much paranoia it is time to leave the company.
