Honest question. Now that Brian and some others are out (good thing). What should Karen do to turn things around? How do you get moral back?

@2kzy+1tTO0XST agreed! The RTO spiel about workplace vibrancy is so fake.
How about revisiting this asinine RTO policy?! They say they're creating a vibrant workplace - that's a crock of you know what. My coworker is the only one on the team that goes into the office and doesn't talk to a soul while in the office. Some teams that were office based pre-covid have been exempted from RTO while others that were legitimate WAH employees well before covid have been forced to go into the office. The new RTO is completely miserable and NOT contributing to anything "vibrant." Some people live in rural locations and drive an hour plus. Feel sorry for them.
@fza+1tTO0XST Even worse, my exec dir must've lied on their resume. Says they coded one of our systems but doesn't know about basic programming. They oversee a department of ~50-100. Ex wipro/infosys employee that now hires all their friends. This company is circling the toilet bowl
Honestly, we may be too far gone. Morale is in the toilet and folks are simply fed up. We are too top heavy with vps and exec directors...there's exec director galore who have no direct reports or maybe 1! What the fu-k are they directing?
To fix moral,
Get rid of any management/leadership that was brough in in the last 12-18 months. Start with DDAT leadership then stop our outsourcing disaster. (Still outsource but do it right vs like fools)
Once that is done, do a staff survey by a third party to determine what prior to 18 months ago leadership should be terminated (this includes KL in the survey) and who should be brought back that was laid-off by the new incompetent leaders.
Clearly, new the new leadership was not this super-fix KL assumed. They made things much worse.
If we can't do any of that, go back to the basics.
Seems we can't do healthcare well at all (sell it), might be time to back to selling tobacco in stores (maybe consider selling the whacky tobacky lol lots of margin in that business) seems the tobacco times were happier times, with more profit and with better moral.
Executive director and above needs to be halved! Everyone else should be untouched. That will not impact member satisfaction. All they do is get in the way of everyone else who is trying to save this company from this useless woke liberal leadership. That is how you right the ship.
The entire woke leadership team must go!
All executives should take an immediate and substantial pay cut and Karen should resign without a parachute.
You don't. Morale is going to continue to tank. There are still plenty of lay offs to come and this will result in multiple reorganizations for the years to come.
ELT taking a substantial pay cut, getting rid of new programs that don't do anything would be a start. Actually hearing what employees need might be a good way to actually turn this co. around.
Kane was just a scape goat. Karen ultimately has the final say. She is the one that needs to go.
"Outsource everything" that is correct everything the entire company below the CEO will be outsourced and temps the HQ will move to Abu Dhabi and the CEO to Switzerland bye bye. American jobs gone. HB-1 Visas, no more people needed and AI is coming to replace the last people.
Karen should resign.
Outsource everything.
Too many in Technolgy and needs to be downsized.
Middle and Tenure people
Who else is out along with BK?
Honestly, Karen should take one for the team and resign. You have to start at the top.
