Hey Fellas , how do you like the vibe of Bloomfield office ? It was okay when flex days were an option . But the anchor days su-k. Just too many people and I feel like so numb now . Everyone just sitting at desks and taking Webex calls . Managers and Directors from random departments keeping an eye on your movements . I always worked in an easy going office but the atmosphere in Bloomfield just seem very distopian.

It seems OK to me. Definitely more people are in on Tues and Wed vs. last year. But I agree the vast majority are just sitting at their desk on WebEx calls. There doesn’t seem to be too much interaction, outside of the cafeteria. I haven’t noticed anyone keeping an eye on anyone’s movements. What area do you work in?
I actually prefer how full it is because at least I have people to talk to since I have to be in the office anyway. I don’t notice any random directors keeping an eye on me, what do you mean by that?
Yeah, same here. I felt at ease before COVID but lately just seems like everyone is pretending to work to keep their jobs lol.
