Thread regarding Anthem Inc. layoffs

Insider Trading???

GB selling off a lot of stock makes perfect sense now after yesterday’s stock dip. The rest of us are on edge worrying if we will have a job while she clearly must have had some sort of information to protect her asserts

Anthem has been very good to me, I have always been grateful for the opportunity, benefits, & AIP. I have met some really wonderful co-workers over the years. GB fills her pockets as the entire company is on pins & needles wondering if we be able to feed our families the rest of the year, just doesn't seem fair.

She is selling at 100% profit since she didn’t have to purchase her stock. It’s not like she is buying high and selling low over a couple percent difference in stock price.

She sells during the window/date she is allowed to sell. There is no insider trading

She sold the stocks varying from $497-$500. The stock today is at over $520 and it was over $530 yesterday. If you're insidee trading, you don't sell at the lower price. She's probably just selling stocks that she can now sell because they have matured.
